Meet Oday Hamoodi Abdullah Saleh, judge for the 2023 Alomran Award. He is a distinguished expert in construction, building, and project management, currently serving as the Director of the Construction and Projects Department and as an Assistant Lecturer in the Construction and Building Department at the University of Technology in Baghdad. Oday has over 22 years of experience in this field, with a deep focus on construction project management.
